Anne trained as a nurse and has worked as a trainer for many years in the field of sexual health and Enhance Training and Development. She has trained with agencies from pre- school through to schools and colleges. Her work with parents is very successful. She also has had books and resources published.

Dave originally trained and worked as a teacher. Since then he has worked in a wide variety of organisations in different capacities. For the past 13 years he has worked in the field of criminal justice in both the Probation Service and Youth Offending work. He currently works as a full time trainer delivering training within the criminal justice arena and elsewhere.
